Limited data cabling in existing building restricting the amount of data access points for staff

Sales staff having to make/receive calls on personal mobiles when they are not in the office

Existing building re-cabled with additional data points, data cabinet, 24 port patch panel, POE (power over Ethernet) switch and a DrayTek business grade router

Installation of the award winning LG Ericsson IPECS Cloud VOIP system

7 x IP Handsets allowing 7 concurrent calls at once

Individual voicemails & voicemail to email service

Mobile application set-up allowing remote staff to make/receive calls over the system through their mobile
